Team Assistant (f/m/d) mini-job
Your responsibilities:
Assist the Managing Director and the distributed LINC Team (Munich, Kraków and remote) in their daily business
Coordination of team members, meetings, events and appointments and ensuring adequate meeting locations and technical facilities
Support the recruiting of new hires and external consultants, including preparational contractual tasks
Assisting in the creation of presentation material using appropriate software
Preparation of bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing, preparatory accounting and correspondence with the company’s external accountants
Assisting in the creation of social media content
Reviewing, recording, distributing and/or processing mail and other documents; follow-up on impending actions especially relating to meeting minutes
Your qualifications:
Well-organized, structured team-player with attention to detail
Very good communication skills, fluent in German and English (in written and spoken)
Relevant work experience as Team Assistant, Assistant to the CEO, Office Manager or similar position
Experienced in using office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, G Suite)
Highly reliable regarding handling confidential information
Flexible, highly motivated, with strong organization skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
Able to work independently and solution-oriented
Flexible in terms of short notice changes to tasks and priorities
