Planning, conducting, reporting and communicating user research in the context of digital products and services for our clients. User research at LINC involves qualitative as well as quantitative methods to analyse the user, the context of use and human behaviour.
Client-specific consulting about selecting suitable research frameworks and methods, the coordination and planning of user research activities in client projects.
Conception of qualitative and quantitative data analysis to identify user needs, derive solution requirements and to evaluate the usability and UX of prototypes and developed software.
Execution, reporting and insight generation via qualitative methods, e. g. contextual inquiries, usability and UX tests and focus groups.
Execution, reporting and insight generation via quantitative methods, e. g. online surveys and studies.
Realization and moderation of workshops of any kind with users, the client and other stakeholders.
Close collaboration with designers, software engineers, clients, partners and users.
Your qualifications:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field of Business Psychology, Psychology or Business Administration with a focus on market research or comparable disciplines of study.
1 to 3 years of work experience or experience through relevant university projects in the field user or customer research, market research or related fields.
Very good communication and presentation skills (German and English – fluent in spoken and written).
Analytical thinking, a high degree of self-motivation and an entrepreneurial attitude.
Experience and knowledge in the field of Design Thinking are of advantage.
Being interested in the fields of Machine Learning or Cognitive Computing is of advantage.
