The in-train video-on-demand service maxdome onboard has been created as key product in a cooperation between ProSiebenSat1 Media SE and Deutsche Bahn AG. The service can be used via the passenger’s own mobile device to stream movies and series from the train’s servers.

CryptoBridge
CryptoBridge is a decentralized exchange (DEX) that supports trading of an ever-growing variety of major crypto currencies, such as Bitcoin, popular tokens and a high number of so-called altcoins. As service design partner, we’ve been working on a number of UX-related projects, constantly accompanying the startup CryptoBridge to change the game in crypto trading.
adidas
In the landscape of adidas digital business applications, we are shaping various solutions with the aim of simplifying processes and achieving an efficient ease of use. In order to get there, multiple rounds of user research activities get conducted, using contextual inquiries, card sortings, design sprints and co-creation methodologies. Having analyzed complex and intertwined contexts of use, we’re driving key user insights to support highly efficient solutions – aiming for a fully digitized multinational sportswear corporation.
mentalis
The mental health tech service mentalis is being created in a cooperation between the University of Erlangen-Nürnberg’s Chair of Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy, the related information technology department and LINC as interaction design partner. The startup has been spun off aiming to deliver a digital suite to address the treatment of a number of serious mental illnesses. We have been supporting the startup since its early beginning, focusing on UX concepts, interaction and visual design – continuing on an exciting journey to change how mental illnesses will be treated in the future.
GIZ
Together with icebauhaus, we’ve worked for the German organisation for development cooperation (GIZ) to improve the situation of migrants and refugees. First, the specific situation in various countries got analysed. Followed by co-creation, we’ve identified process and digital innovation potential for various critical situations that migrants and refugees are facing.

Zeiss
The ZEISS Digital Customer Companion is a customer portal across three business groups of ZEISS: Industrial Metrology, Microscopy and Medical Technology. In that portal, customers can view their machine data, manage the data and perform service functions, amongst others. The portal puts the customer into the focus and adapts digital information and services to their individual needs. Our task was to analyze the needs of the different user groups and to create an overarching concept to improve their daily work.
Rödl&Partner
The international auditing, tax and management consultancy Rödl & Partner asked us to conceptualise their auditing and reporting services as part of their digital transformation strategy. For a number of services, we’ve delivered from process mapping, conceptualisation and prototype creation to detailed specification and design systems.

Ravensburger
Ravensburger is one of the leading brands for puzzles, games, and activity products in Europe as well as for children’s and youth books in the German-speaking region. Toys with the blue triangle are sold worldwide. We’ve been working on a series of projects for the Ravensburger Digital Center, helping with the development of digital services for the traditional “offline” gaming company.
pickpack
pickpack is a mobile-based pre-order and payment app for travelers and people on the go. The idea is an immediate mobile click & collect business: You pre-order, pay mobile and pick up low-cost consumer goods at stores in your nearest environment. We have been supporting the startup since its early beginning: From branding to concept and design of the app itself. The app has launched end of 2018, constantly growing its user base. With Deutsche Bahn as partner, pickpack starts in Berlin train stations and plans fast scaling to the whole of Germany soon.
